March 26: 2023 Annual Community Gathering

Join us for a gathering of the region's Slow Food community!

When? Sunday March 26th 3:30-6:30pm

Where? Hammerling Wines 1450 5th Street Berkeley between Gilman and Camelia

Arrive with a Good Clean and Fair potluck dish (or something from the farmers market or your local favorite bakery) to share, have a glass of Hammerling Wine's Sparkling Pinot Noir or Navarro’s Pinot Noir Grape Juice, and settle in for an afternoon of Slow Food news.

We'll be sharing what we've accomplished in the last few bumpy years and how we're planning for some delicious and important work in 2023. There will be opportunities to learn about volunteering and other ways to support us, and you'll get to meet our whole volunteer leadership team, too!

And we want YOU to share your thoughts! Let us know who we should champion, what organizations and businesses we should partner with, and what topics we should have on our radar. Plus we’ll ask for your help in finding the best ways to engage the community in Slow Food projects and campaigns.

The $5 reservation fee will be donated to a local organization working on climate change and agriculture. Please Venmo us @slowfoodeastbay or Paypal the fee to slowfoodeastbay@gmail.com to minimize Eventbrite fees.

(Note: If the fee is a barrier to your participation, email us! We want to be sure everyone has a seat at the table.)
