June 8: SFEB Potluck with Porch Party

Join us for an evening of community connection and conversation over a shared potluck meal with special guest Ari from Porch Party! Porch Party (www.luckyporchparty.com) is an East Bay home kitchen pop-up which started as a love letter to the community and a study and practice in how food can be made radical even on the smallest scale. Porch Party is all about creating spaces for creative people to safely and joyfully express themselves and celebrate each other!

This month's food theme is salads, in whatever way that means to you! Salads are an alternative way for foods to come together and become greater than the sum of their parts while maintaining their individual characteristics and integrity.

Please invite friends who may have never heard of Slow Food before, we'd love to meet them!

Confirmations will be sent out five days before the gathering and more details about location and dish preparations will be included. Full potluck guidelines here.

NOTE: We will be outdoors, so please plan for the normal evening Bay area temps.

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 36 hours in advance of the gathering so we have time to find someone to take your place. This is a small event (20 people!) with limited seats, so every single one of you counts! (Of course, if you have an exposure to Covid or aren't feeling well, last minute cancellations are absolutely appropriate.)
