July 11, 2024: SFEB Potluck “Americana”

In July, we gathered for our bi-monthly potluck just after the 4th of July, and our theme was “Americana".”

"American Food" is as diverse as the people who call this country home, and it was wonderful to see so many different interpretations. Whether it was dishes made with native ingredients, family recipes passed through generations, American fusion cuisines, or regional delicacies, every contribution added to the richness of our gathering. From appetizers to desserts, all dishes were welcome and made for a truly diverse and delicious spread.
