April 16: Slow Drinks with Danny Childs
On Sunday April 16th at 5pm, come join a couple of brilliant cocktail minds for an evening of conversation paired with a just-for-this-evening cocktail and some light bites.
We’re welcoming Danny Childs of Slow Drinks to town and partnering him with Bar Agricole’s spirits line along with some local expertise from the Ramen Shop team - and the recipe is bound to be pretty delicious!
Slow Drinks brings the philosophy of Slow Food to the drink world - think local, seasonal, botanically focused recipes impeccably sourced. Danny will be in town to speak at CIA at Copia and graciously offered to sit with us for an evening and share his work and how we all can bring the Slow Drinks way into our own cocktail making.
Our snacks for the evening will be provided by the talented team of No No Thai, who hold regular supper clubs in Oakland. Get ready for bright flavors that will compliment the evening's drink!
This will be a casual and intimate gathering, a time to hear from Danny and the folks from Bar Agricole, ask questions and share your own experiences
